Order Changes and Cancellations

Request Timing

We begin preparing orders soon after they are placed. If you need a change or cancellation, email us immediately with your order number. We will try to assist, although requests cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment is underway.

After Shipment

Orders in transit generally cannot be cancelled. Review the Return and Refund Policy for options, or email service@everilora.com for help with a specific order.
